Very unusual bit. 5" mouth with tongue plate. Steel leather wrapped noseband. 1 1/4" gag. 4" shank. 7 1/2" cheeks. Shanks have been reversed for more control. Unknown maker.
Used harness leather split reins. Tie bit ends. 7/8" X 7". Could stand
to be cleaned & conditioned to make them softer.
Russet (light oil) trophy spur straps. Adult size. Cowboy spots and Jeremiah Watts buckles. Says "2015 Reserve Champion: ASHA (American Stock Horse Association)". These retail for $60. New with tags.
